Art Clay 650 vs Art Clay Slow Dry
The most difficult part of working with silver clay is learning exactly how soft or pliable it has to be. It keeps drying out too fast. It falls apart and you get really frustrated. Try the slow dry. It gives you alot more time to work. Also keep your silver clay wrapped in plastic in a food server container. I put a damp paper towel inside. It keeps your silver clay nice and hydrated, but you have to work pretty fast after you open it. Tomorrow I plan on showing you how I slumped 104 Coe inside a silver clay piece.
